At The Consulting House, we're focused on building a team that provides the right mix of skills and experience to help our clients. As our company grew, Simon brought in his son, Edward, to the executive team. With his father as his mentor, Edward was able to help expand The Consulting House to address our clients' employees and executives' personal financial planning needs.
Edward was soon followed by his two younger brothers, Paul and Allan to help further expand the business into the retirement and insurance planning service for all of our clients. A driving force in the benefits industry for more than 30 years, Simon founded The Consulting House in 1985 after noticing the large gap in expertise and service between large corporations and small- to medium-sized companies.

With our Total Benefits Management program, we provide our diverse clientele with the services and advantages of the large consulting firms - but without the large fees. Our program will take the challenges out of benefits management, including group life and health, defined contribution and defined benefits retirement programs, individual and corporate planning, and more.

On the Corporate level working with you to establish, design or review your retirement programs including Defined Benefit/Defined Contribution Pension plans, Group RRSP, Deferred Profit Sharing and Individual Pension Plans.On the Individual level, we work with your employees and executives directly, one-on-one to assist them in planning their own private personal programs to supplement what you and the government are doing for them.
