The fact is after I complained about the 360$ charge for my hair , the price was finally lowed to 250$ . If I didn't say anything I would be paying 360$. Yes I did like my hair but this is definitely not what I was expecting especially coming for a second visit . Someone need to be fair with the customers.

Stay Away, keep moving! I came out totally stressed out. I was told that my hair was thick and that I had to pay an extra $25.00. This was news to me. When I told her that I would pay it but did not agree that my hair was thick, she got extremely upset. When I tried to communicate with her how I wanted my hair cut, she then became irate and was very rough. Very little time was spent on the cut.

I cannot say how unhappy I am with this salon. I was going to buy a coupon on Groupon however when I called to get information I was told not to but to just come in and they would honour the coupon. When I got there 10 minutes late due to weather the salon was empty yet they rushed me saying that they had to hurry up and get through because the stylist was was behind schedule. She did a 'consultation' for about 20 minutes telling me that my $49 coupon was not sufficient for what I wanted done because my hair is long, curly and thicker. She told me that it would be an additional $45.00
