Stay clear of this place!!!
They do not honour their own promotions!!!
I chose this place based on the promotion that they offered, after two treatments I was told that this particular promotion doesn’t apply anymore.
supposedly, I should have bought a package at the beginning of the treatment- I was not told that after my first visit while I was paying, when I inquired about that particular promotion after my second visit , I was rudely informed that it doesn’t apply to me!!
Do yourself a favour and pick a different, more professional and honest place

Absolutely DO NOT (!!!!) recommend this clinic. When I asked for my receipts for 2020 I was spoken to with so much attitude and a sassy tone by multiple staff members. I understand giving them one day notice is tough so i will give them that but the Renue clinic downtown was able to accomodate and was lovely about it as well as other clinics were able to look it up my receipts within minutes. I will absoltely NEVER be going back here and will be spreading the word to family/ friends/ everyone I know that the ladies who work here are unprofessional and unable to access patient files in a timely

I love the team at Renue Seton. They are professional, attentive, timely, caring and go out of there way to make you comfortable. Dr. Lam is awesome! He takes the time to understand your concerns and discuss options. He never rushes and always does a followup to ensure you are happy with the results. He is excellent in assessing your needs and doing what will help you achieve the look you are after.

Booked in with Dr. Lam for Botox to treat tension in my shoulders and headaches. The whole process from calling for an appointment to receiving treatment and seeing results has taken less than a week! The treatment itself was so fast and professional, and Dr. Lam made me feel like I was in really good hands. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I've been here a few times over the years, due to convenience and ease of getting a quick appointment. However, on my last visit I received a botched Botox job. I am so heartbroken. Throughout my appointment Shu kept saying "oh yeah, you need it here... oh yeah that needs some love", which I felt inconsiderate. I'm normally fairly happy with my appearance and went in for a little touch up to my forehead to prevent further wrinkles. I usually receive about twenty units and was given forty, with Shu justifying that I hadn't been there in a while.

Hmmm no reviews for a few years on ReNue downtown, time for a fresh take. The photos posted up there are not of the downtown ReNue, or at least not of their current office. It's now very modern, clean and spa-like. Shu is fantastic and really knows her stuff, I trusted her immediately and have never been disappointed. They advised me to sign up on a supplier's points page, to earn points for my next visit. If they hadn't, I never would have known about it. I'm always a fan of someone who tries to save me money! They can usually get me in same-day, and the location is
