I had my wisdom teeth removed, and they left a fragment of their tool in my gums.. and I had to go to a proper surgeon to finish the removal of my other 3 teeth, and they were the ones to discover the fragment and they had to open and remove it from my healing gums. I am almost certain the surgeons office had reached out to inform this dental office of this but never heard back about it.
I have heard from others who have been here as well and they have nothing good to say.

This is the best dental experience I’ve had!! Such friendly people! I’m a chicken and they made me feel so at ease! Thorough and quick and pain free!!! That’s amazing!! Thank you Pryah for all your help and calling to get me in ahead of time! And yes I’m always up for a friendly little chat after I’m done! Great place and people and I highly recommend them!!!

I have had two appointments with Dr. Brar now - one for a complicated tooth extraction, and one for a follow-up visit. Both times, I was very impressed with the help I received from the receptionists in booking the appointments and attention upon my arrival, and with Dr. Brar's expertise and follow-up information. I am not on a dental plan, but found the billing very fair. I am happy with the way I was treated and with the results of my appointments.

When I first entered the office I was not acknowledged at all. I told the girl behind the counter what time my appointment was at and sat down. About 5 minutes later she took my temperature and had me fill out a questionnaire, she was not wearing a mask. Then she said there was a cup of liquid I had to swish, but she didn't know what it was.
The dentist and dental hygienist were very friendly, caring and they both did a thorough job. I do need fillings but I'm not sure I will be coming here to have them done as they are not covered under my plan. I found this out the last time I had fillings done

They do not put patients first, only themselves and what is convenient for them. Numerous times, they have called the day of our appointments, asking if we can come in earlier, and with short notice (like two hour before our scheduled appointment time). When we cannot - they cancel our appointment time and ask to reschedule for another day. They don't ask what our appointment is for, if it is something that needs urgent care. So that shows their time and convenience matters more to them than their patient's needs. The last time they did this was for my six year old daughter's appointment. She was

I made an appointment for cleaning at this clinic
I arrived on time and waited over 45 minutes for the appt.
The receptionist was busy chatting and laughing with a customer about a sports event that the clinic had perhaps bet on ?
I asked three times about my appointment
And was told the dr is busy and to sit and wait.
I finally left
The clinic called me three times a week for over a month (I felt like I was being stalked ) to rebook my appointment
I had I told them I did not want to come back and why.
They left a message every time I didn't answer, I finally had to block the number
