The staff are very friendly and the dentists are excellent , we mostly deal with Dr Ayman Zaineldeen and he is one of the best dentists we ever dealt with , super friendly and very thorough with his work. Everyone in Smile Dental is amazing and our whole family gets treated there

I must say everyone from the front desk to the dentist has made going to get my teeth fixed a very positive, exciting experience. I normally am hard to freeze and have lots of pain. I have only experienced the best quality of work while keeping me as comfortable as possible. I’m very blessed to have found such a spectacular dental team!!!!

So I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I have horrible experiences at pretty much every dental clinic I go to EXCEPT THIS ONE, the staff and dentists at smile are absolutely fantastic.
They have impressive skills, amazing communication and a world of empathy for you. All staff there work with you and make it a very comforting experience.

Dr Z and all the staff at Smile Dental are amazing. I am horribly nervous about going to the Dentist and they genuinely put me at ease.
Dr Zs dental assistant has a bubbly personality and makes for a fun time in the chair (despite your brain trying to convince you your teeth are going to fall out). Dr Z himself if fast, efficient and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. He's friendly and kind as well. I had a cleaning prior to my cavity fill and she did a fantastic job also.
Everyone I've come into contact with at the office have been friendly and kind. Its a happy place with good energy

Although I did enjoy the dental hygienist, and the dentist I saw at this establishment. What I didn't enjoy was the constant pestering from the receptionist, and the office manager to come in for more work to be done, when I already had told them that I would call to book my next appointment. If you don't reply to their texts, they will call you, 2-3 times per day. If you do not answer (because you're working) they'll proceed to call your spouse and let them know that you're due for your appointment.
Today for example, I left my cleaning at around 10:30am and prior to leaving I told the hygienist

The dentist - Dr. Z - and dental hygienists were super friendly and explained everything they worked on in a lot of detail. They are great professionals and completed my filings and cleaning in a really efficient manner. Highly recommend!

This place is terrible....STAY CLEAR. My son went to one of the Doctors there and they said he had one cavity. We made an appointment to have the decay rectified. Since the original Dr. was unavailable that day and we seen another Dr. who proceeded to tell us our son had total of 6 cavities. I and an incredible estimate to do the work but not to worry because our benefits would cover it. After hearing that we went to another dentist to have the tooth repaired. He confirmed there was in fact only the one tooth that was bad and he repaired the tooth.

I had been going to this dentist since I was about 5, so 14 years at this office. And boy has it gone downhill in the last year. They've been doing renovations for the last couple years, and the end result is a waiting area that is super unfriendly. All the staff that i had known for years were gone and I could even see my regular dentist (Dr. Klassen). They seemed wholey unprepared for me and I had my cleaning before my checkup(which was odd) and the dentist spent a whole two minutes with me and was not a friendly person. Every time I've had a cleaning or check up, I'm constantly being told that my existing fillings need to be redone (that are maybe 1-2 years old).. and ALL of them need to be redone, not just one. I've been told I need a nightguard. I've been told I need many things... yet my new dentist confirms that my fillings are fine and there's no sign of teeth grinding to warrant a nightguard. Something isn't right at this clinic.. be careful!
