Mark Fraser is an Associate at Vanular Lawyers who specializes in Wills, Estates, Real Estate and uncontested Family Law. Mark was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario and attended law school at the University of Ottawa. Upon the completion of his studies, Mark moved out West in order to article at a full-service firm in Regina, Saskatchewan where he obtained exposure to all areas of Litigation.

Brent Harasym grew up in Pickering. Brent completed a Bachelor of Music at McGill University and a Master of Arts at York University. Following his studies at York, Brent went to law school at Western University. Brent was called to the Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Vanular Lawyer, he practiced civil litigation, estate litigation and employment law at two prominent law firms in the Niagara Region.

Covid protocols were in place and Jason Vanular personally met to review my paperwork. He was easy to be around, polite, thorough, intelligent, well spoken and I left feeling well informed and confident about where I stood with the reason for my visit. Emails with Christine (Real Estate Law Clerk) and Nicolette (Conveyancing Manager) were all professional and with quick response times. It was everything I was looking for in a law office.

I was their client back in 2019. I bought a house and during the time that I kept on following up with what's going on with my legal papers, I have encountered one rude paralegal who works for Jason. I told Jason about it. I'm very disappointed with Jason that he did not bother to get back to me what happened to his rude staff. I love how Jason explained to me my documents with regards to legal though. I gave him credit for that but over-all rating, I believe they deserve only 2 or 3 stars.
