Very disappointed for the last 2 years. Didn't reply my emails nor phone calls. Even though I sent my tax documents well ahead, I got no updates, no replies to my numerous emails. I even called and no one answered even though I left a voicemail with my phone number to call me back. They never called me back. I decided to switch accountant, tax documents were done in ONE day.

TERRRRRIBLE!!! Service. I was waiting for 1.5 months to get my income tax done, and still haven't heard back! I have called the office twice, and now I think they blocked my number because it goes straight to voice mail. I am definitely NOT using their services again. Found another accountant who did the same job in 2 days.

Best experience with an accounting team I have EVER HAD. They charge very reasonably for incredibly thorough service, respond quickly to emails, and are patient in explaining complex concepts and processes. They made what seemed like a very complicated task very simple for me. I will never go anywhere else for my taxes again. I cannot recommend this team enough.
