If anyone is looking to use this firm, I would highly recommend making sure you request their billing rates and billing practices in writing prior to proceeding with their services. I had done some research online and after emailing them to determine their rate for filing personal taxes, they phoned me and informed me it was $175. The aversion to email me what their rates are should have triggered a red flag. But it didn't, so I used Inclusive Advisory's services to file two tax years. The filings were done weeks apart. I do not recommend . I got stuck with James Tudhope through the real estate agent , I did not ask for him at any point to be my lawyer. I even tried to get rid of him because I had a lawyer set up, but was bullied into using him. He was short and rude, to myself and my wife and he was completely incompetent. He could not even find out when the mortgage payment dates were (kind of important if you don't want to default on your first payment). I had to call myself after and find out which took 5 minutes to do. So clearly he or no one from him office would do the work.
