Innatentive and rude. My mom was dying and he told up we needed power of attorney, so my mom took an extra blood transfusion to drag herself to his office. The original document was typed by the receptionist and contained different fonts. We pointed this out and she printed a new one. The lawyer came out for about 2 minutes to sign the document and then said "pleasure doing business with you" and went back to his office. When my Mom died, we were told by the funeral home that we actually needed a notarized will, so the $350 for power of attorney was a complete waste. My mom was a nurse in several

When meeting with Tom things where good. Kind man HOWEVER things took a horrible turn with his assistant when she rudely talked down to me when all I did was follow lawyers instructions to come in. They called to rebook my apt as he was not in the office that specific day.... came in for my appointment thinking I was going to get to talk to Tom and he was running 30 min behind.... got treated rudely again and then was not aloud to be upset about it. Tried telling Tom what happened but he was not interested in hearing my side of the story how she was rude and dismissed me and said he didn't want
