Helen Dewar is the worst dentist I have ever visited!! She is unprofessional, has a poor attitude, no bedside manner, and talks poorly about her staff and her patients in such great detail - it is actually frustrating (and quite embarrassing) to have to listen to her ramble on about all of her “issues”. So much for confidentiality and running an ethical practice.
The office has an online review system (Demandforce) for patients to write reviews. The office provide patients with a link to review their services after an appointment. The review system is an absolute joke and is very flawed as

After having a horrible experience with tauton dental (they upsell you and i felt like i was on an assembly line and not treated like a person), coldstream dental was awesome. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they are happy and they treat you like a person. Dr Rita was amazing..She has a great beside manner and when I had a filling done, she told me what was going to happen every step of the way. Would recommend them to everyone looking for a new dentist

This was my first visit to this dental office and I was totally impressed.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Brittany. She was very patient when my insurance claim wouldn't go through online. She went above and beyond to sort it all out by calling the insurance company to figure out why the online submission was not accepting the claim. She even took care of submitting the submission form directly to insurance on my behalf (instead of having me sort everything out myself and having to mail out the claim, as other doctors offices have done in the past).

I had some bad experiences with my previous dentist that left me with a phobia of going to the dentist. After 2-3 years I found myself walking into Coldstream Dental and leaving with a great experience. They were very thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I understood the information they were giving me. I will definitely be remaining a client and feel very confident in my next visit with them.

Went for my cleaning this morning. Sat in the chair watching the news while my back was being massaged with a new feature in their chairs. Cleaning was painless and thorough. Never feel pressured to get 'unnecessary' treatments and am always made to feel at ease with Dr. Rita (Sachdeva). My family (including children) have no anxiety about going to the dentist now due to Dr.Rita's compassion, kindness, calm demeanour and expertise. Would highly recommend Coldstream Dental to anyone.
