We offer a wide range of services including medical, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive health care needs for your pet so they live a longer, happier life. One of the best things you can do for your pet to keep him or her healthy is bringing them for regular exams and vaccinations. At the Airdrie Animal Health Centre, we offer veterinary services on all types of exotic animals, including avian and reptilian species. Our veterinary professionals offer health exams on exotic species, ensuring your pet is in good health. We also offer grooming services on avian species including wing trims, nail trims and beak trims.
The Airdrie Animal Health Centre is happy to offer a wide coverage of pocket pet health care. Our veterinary professionals are equipped to provide routine preventative care, surgical procedures including neuters and spays, digital X-rays, parasite treatment and more. Pocket pets are typically avid breeders and spaying or neutering them is the best option for preventing breeding.

I cannot say enough good things about Airdrie Animal Health Centre. I began taking my dog there because he is EXTREMELY anxious at the vet. My previous vet was very personable, I liked her, but the appointments always seemed a rushed, and because my dog is so anxious, we often left without a full exam due to him thrashing, whining, etc. I heard about fear-free clinics online and found Airdrie Animal Health Centre through a google search and I am so so glad that I did. Dr. Ware is so patient and kind. Although my dog is still incredibly anxious (and I am sure a bit of a pain), I never feel rushed

This is by far the best vet clinic we have ever been to! All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and we always feel like we are genuinely cared about. Dr Ware is very patient, always answers all of our… questions with care (no matter how small or silly they may seem) and never makes us feel rushed out the door. Our cat Alfie absolutely loves her and never feels stressed going to the clinic to see her. The services are very fairly priced as well. 10/10 service and level of care!

We’ve been taking Digby here for almost a year. He’s always excited to go in and see the vet. Our first few visits were done over the phone during Covid, dropping Digby off then the vet calling me, although not an idea scenario I never felt like I couldn’t ask any questions or that he wasn’t being looked after.

We had our very first check up with our first family puppy last week & we are soo happy we chose this place. The clinic is super clean, the staff was very friendly and the little attention to detail was very much appreciated. Our visit with the vet was beyond words. We definitely walked out of there fully informed & all of our questions & concerns were more than answered. The vet was super knowledgeable & soo great with our new puppy. We would definitely recommend this place. An awesome place for your pet!!!

We bring all 3 of our fur family here and cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Ware is simply the best! She is kind, patient, thorough, and professional. The front end staff have always been amazing, friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions we have had. I wouldn’t trust our animals with any other clinic! They have our lifelong business! Yet again Dr mount has been there for us. Oggy is in the hospital and I called him for advice immediately and often. He was able to navigate and interpret my dogs issues and provide helpful and kind advice. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dr. Mount has been my two dog’s vet for 9 years. He is always so kind, resourceful and I truly appreciate his approach… to include us on options and decisions when it comes to our pets health. Recently my Oggy dog had a bladder stone. It was not an easy situation but Dr mount was amazing, he kept us informed even in surgery and gave us lots of options. He

I am very happy with this place. I have had to take my Lulu and Chico there. Dr Peyton Ware is wonderful. Yes they are pricy but what clinic isnt today. The important thing is excellent care for my pets You can use places outsIde city but often they are unavailable due their farm clients. I lost a pet due to this problem. So closer to home for me is bettter

All my fur kids love AAHC! The vet isn’t always the most pleasant for most animals, but the staff make it as enjoyable as possible for my babies. Dr. Ware is amazing and I trust any and all advice she gives.… The front staff make any stressful trip as easy as possible. They had a young helper today who did an amazing job keeping my kitten Kita entertained while we tended to our nervous pup Cici. 10/10 will never go anywhere else as long as this place is around!

Took my cat here yesterday around 1:30 since he was having trouble going to the bathroom and this clinic is 10 minutes away from home and I wanted to get him help ASAP. No one in waiting room. Receptionist (who looked bored) said that there were no vets in the clinic and that instead of waiting the 15-20 minutes for one to come in I should just go somewhere else. No suggestions as to where I should go, just to go somewhere else. Luckily I made it to the vet hospital in Calgary, and he's being looked after. But why say that you are open but not have the staff there to do the job?? My poor cat

Thank you for taking my dog, Milly. She was in a lot of pain and you were the only clinic human enough to take her in - her resident clinic told us to go to the hospital which has ridiculous wait times and she'd have to endure so much more pain had we gone that route. She is doing a lot better now - again, lots of gratitude.

I have had my dog there a few times, and I know there not cheap, but I did figure Professional. I was wrong. I noticed my dog had a problem Sat afternoon around 1:30 and noticed the vet closed at 4. I called them and asked if I could bring her in, as I researched through the Internet and all indications were a serious infection, and if not treated right away, could be fatal. The Vet clinic checked with a vet, and they replied they were too busy to see her, but I could take her to Calgary if I wished. I didn't wish!!! This is NOT Professional behavior for any Vet, as they are more concerned
