After suffering a whiplash injury from an auto accident 17 years ago, Laura became interested in the field of massage therapy. It was the combined effort of an RMT and physiotherapist that released her from her pain and nursed her back to good health. A graduate of Canadian Therapeutic College, with an Honors Diploma in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy, Laura's focus is on treatment-based therapy.
She combines the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Therapy, Joint Mobilizations and Acupressure to successfully treat a variety of conditions. Always looking for a challenge, she enjoys using various modalities and sports specific massage to attack what causes you pain and inhibits you from being your best.

To begin, you must create an account by going to Book Appointment, this will organize all your appointments and create a log of your bookings as well as allow you to cancel them online up to 48 hours prior. Your confirmation email will include a link to Initial Intake and Health History Forms. Please have these filled out prior to your appointment.
I am happy to offer you the ability to Directly Bill most major insurance companies. It is important to let me know prior to your appointment so that we can have all the required paper work filled out. Some but not all insurance companies may require a Medical Doctors Note, this must be arranged with your provider prior to direct billing.
