A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific foot imbalance. Custom orthotics work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes - they reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back into proper alignment.
A referral is not needed to come see one of the doctors or a massage therapist however some extended health insurance plans require a medical doctor referral in order to be reimbursed. Unfortunately, insurance companies have not allowed us to direct bill for their clients. After each treatment and after the fee has been paid, an itemized statement will be provided to you which you can submit to your insurance company.

Been seeing Dr John for past several years. He is good with relieving immediate joint pains etc, there's little advice on underlying causes.
When I had a knee cap issue he consistently pushed for orthotic pad for my feet. I consulted my family doctor about it and needed more time to consider. Over time he got more 'in your face' about it asking for my insurance details, wanting to see my coverage and then eventually refusing to treat my knee further until I commit to one.
More recently I had an issue with one of my finger. I wanted to ask their chiropractor a quick question if

Upon my last visit to see Dr. John, I haven't been in quite a few months and I felt my rib was coming out again. I desperately needed an adjustment and stop this rib from changing how I go about my daily life, particularly the gym.
I arrived for my Friday 11:45am appointment and waited in the room for about 10 minutes. Dr. John came in an asked what my issue was, I told him how I was feeling and he made the adjustments to the areas I mentioned. I was sent on my way in less than 10 minutes of his treatment and I wasn't given any preventative measures, or if I should be going back to

I strained my back over the wknd (probably from bending over eating a sub) and it was not getting better at all. My coworker recommended her chiropractor to me and told me to get my back checked out before it gets any worst.
Off I went Thursday, the place was pretty neat and clean. Dr John Fujimagari did a initial assessment on my back and found that it was "locked" up pretty bad. The cost of the first visit was $75 for about 1 hour. It will than cost $40 for each additional visit afterwards.
He placed one leg over the other, my hands over the opposite shoulder, then pushed and
