Not the ideal place for physio...the staff are friendly, offer help yet office looks outdated, not up to date or lack of equipment. Lady that does physio has the knowledge yet seems to lack skill accompanied with adequate experience to improve your injuries with tested techniques or treatment.

Both Maria and Joelle are very kind and accommodating
Joelle is an exceptional physiotherapist. She takes the time to assess your progress each session and adjusts treatment as necessary. She keeps detailed notes about what is helping and what is not. Her knowledge is impressive

I like that it is small, you get one on one attention. I like that you are not just hooked up to a machine. Joyelle is a pleasure, very attentive at getting to the route of any issues.

Friendly, professional staff who really know what they’re doing. I’ve had a long term shoulder issue and starting having physiotherapy here in December. Just six treatments later and I’m no longer in constant pain, plus I have more mobility. Highly recommend!

Had acupuncture done as well as rehab for a low back injury. 10/10 expertise and 10/10 customer service. Worked me back to 100% over 3 months of physio and I couldn't be more appreciative of their services! Will recommend in the future.
