Used Stephen Wing and CO for selling a house, and purchase completion of another house same day. During our meeting, Stephen walked me through all of what I was signing, in a way that I actually understood it. They put in extra effort to make sure my transition to the new place completed on time and Susan kept me in the loop while they figured out loose ends that I had made on my end.
