More than happy with price and installation of a new furnace. We thought the first quote we got was excessive. We were right. Through CJ the cost of the repair dropped from $2500 to $1700. Given the furnace was out of warranty we decided to go replace the whole unit. The price to replace with same high efficiency furnace was $1400 less than the original quote. On top of that the service from these guys was great, fast and 100%.

CJ Heating replaced the heating systems in our home 3 years ago. New vents, a new high efficiency Carrier furnace with a line in case we want AC in the future! The installer Larry was professional, thorough and was more than happy to go ever with us what he was doing and why! The gas installer Andrew was also very knowledgeable, quick and clean! To this day our system still runs wonderfully, our bills are down with the high efficiency and have had no issues! I would certainly recommend these guys!

They installed a Patio Heater in our townhouse complex that wasn't installed to the manufacturers' specification for clearance from combustible and it failed the BC Safety Authority Inspection. Neither they or the developer(Zenterra) or the builder(Kooney Homes) is taking any responsibility and we are left with a unit with no patio heater and no compensation. The Patio heater is currently there but we can't use and they are removing it without compensation. So did they perform a bad installation or were they instructed by the developer/builder to cut costs by not installing correctly? I wish I
