We had a horrible experience - never again - we did a major renovation - there were massive delays - we were billed for fixtures we bought ourselves and questionable extras that we disputed. Part of the reno, we extended the garage and ended up with a roof leak - they claimed to have fixed it. We had a wet floor in the master bedroom - they claimed they hit a pipe in the wall with a screw but advised they fixed it. Then about a year later our kitchen ceiling split along one of the taped joints - they came back and looked at it but never repaired it. This was an expensive repair as the ceiling was
