We are a family owned and operated financial services company, in the Province of Ontario and Alberta. Merton's son Ross joined the practice in 1956. In 1982, the company was incorporated, and Ross was joined by his daughter, Michele, in 1987 becoming the third generation to the practice. A partnership was formed between Ross and Michele in 1996 with Michele becoming President and Ross, Chairman.
