Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is not picky, it can affect anyone. Contact our Team for an assessment and let's get started on your journey to better health.
Services
Main Street Health is a full-service, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centre committed to returning you to optimal health. Our mission, simply put, is to provide quality care. With several rehabilitation professionals in one convenient location, we're uniquely equipped to provide a variety of safe, effective, non-invasive therapies for recovery and pain management.
The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. Any forms that require a signature can be signed upon arrival at our office. This will save you time in doing some of the paperwork when you arrive for your first visit. Jogging is an increasingly popular hobby and fitness routine, with reports estimating participation in the activity has increased nearly 20x over the last three decades.
If you have chronic or acute pain from an injury, disease, or disorder, physiotherapy may help. Whether it's mild discomfort or debilitating pain, physical therapy can offer relief and restore movement. Physiotherapy is a varied treatment program designed to reduce pain and stiffness, increase strength and mobility, and generally support physical function.
Massage therapy can be used to treat a variety of physical conditions, both chronic and acute. It is most often associated with back massage, but this is just one type. Massage therapy is the evaluation and manipulation of soft tissues. Soft tissues include muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia (connective tissues).
Our Hamilton Chiropractors assess and treat the musculoskeletal system - the spine, pelvis, joints, and nervous system. Treatment generally consists of hands-on manipulation. Chiropractic is the manual adjustment of vertebrae and joints. Chiropractors use specific movements and techniques to realign the skeletal system, relieving pain and improving mobility.

Actual treatment was great a
On all levels. the problems I personally have is that there is no confidentiality here everything is exposed in everything you say .it's written down ...you have a good day it will be used against you .same if you have a bad day .it will be used against you . You have a problem with focus or depression it will be blamed on your personal life and not your health issues or injury or injuries ....none of them are to be trusted .
Talk only of your injuries.
Also they need to be more understanding that when a person is dealing with physical and mental issues that it's

The medical professionals at Main St. seem competent enough; however, the office staff, are wildly incompetent, rude, and negligent. I received care late 2016 and in May 2017, I received a notice that the clinic had "forgotten" to submit my payment online. Because so much time had passed, they needed me to submit signed paperwork to them in order… for the claim to be filed. This letter was swiftly followed by two other letters, threatening me with a collections agency if I did not remit the payment for the service which, due to their own gross ineptness, they had not been compensated (allegedly

I was in a motor vehicle accident and was referred to Main Street Health Recovery from St Joseph's emergency staff for physiotherapy. The next day(1) I waited for them to call me, however; I received a message from them towards the end of the day and was asked to call back and when I was able to call back; I got an automated attendant. The next day(2) I called several times and could not reach a live person. I left several messages for the receptionist, the office manager and the quality manager(?). At end of the day; I received a message to call back and when I called back the person calling me

My boyfriend recently got injured at work and was referred here for physiotherapy.

Our physiotherapist Sherry was unbelievably amazing. She always has a smile on her face when we walk in. She is knowledgable within her field and completely approachable to discuss any problems you may have with your injury.
One of the assistants, Laura, is very patient and professional as she manages the ultrasound for injuries.

The office is very clean and organized.

My boyfriend and I will definitely return for any future injuries.

My mother was refer to Main Street Physio by a doctor from St. Joseph's Hospital. The doctor gave us the referral and told us that someone would be contacting us in the days to come. To my surprise, as we left the hospital they called to book a consultation visit. The person who help us book the consultation was very accommodating and got my mother an appointment within a couple days.
Due to work schedules, neither my sister or I could take my mom in for her appointment, which made me very uneasy. I called my mother after her appointment and asked how it went. She said the front desk staff helped

I was referred to Main Street Health Recovery after a visit to the ER when I had a bad fall. I was grateful for a short wait time between the injury and the assessment appointment at the clinic, as it often can take weeks to have a referral to go through. The short wait time was the only thing positive about the clinic.
There was a significant language barrier between the physiotherapist and I. He was very hard to understand. His assessment consisted of a few pokes and pathetic manipulations of my arm. He did very little questioning of how I sustained the injury, nor seemed to be interested in

I have found that they treat their clients extremely well. They are friendly while still being professional. They know their jobs thoroughly and are willing to not only treat the client for their ailments but also give the clients information as to what they themselves can do to help themselves as well in order to optimize their recovery. Their primary focus is literally on helping their clients to get better and so I would and have recommended them to others who have health issues that need treatment. I know I have been going there for over a year due to the nature of my ailments being a lifelong
