Their customer service is above and beyond.
I bought a used printer from them, and it has had two issues with it now (which just happens - no fault of theirs). The first time, they sent someone out to look at it the next day and he fixed that problem AND help me set it up to print wirelessly (again, above what was "required" of them), and since it was within the first 3 months, they didn't charge me anything. Then several months later after the warranty had technically expired a component failed on the printer (again, not their fault

This is where we have taken our old cartridges to be recycled and where we have bought replacements. They truly stand by their guarantee - I have received a few aftermarket cartridges that have had various issues with them and they have been EXTREMELY helpful with troubleshooting the issues and/or sending me replacements very quickly!

Had to go in and exchange a cartridge for a friend. They sold her a third party cartridge that didn't work with the HP 1015 Printer, and they gave her the run around. I went in and got her a refund, then bought her a genuine HP cartridge. Told her to keep using them, but to have her cartridge refilled, not buy a third party cartridge. Guy behind the counter was good about it, though.

Can't say enough good things about their team - solid! Very good (exceptional) service - consistently - on multiple occasions. Purchase my laser toner cartridges from them 3 - 4 times a year, and occasional printer drum too. Once had concern about print quality & they diagnosed it based on the print-outs that I brought & gave me a free replacement drum right there, asking to return the defunct one which I later did. They do pickups but they are accessible to get to & so very friendly & helpful, I enjoy dropping by. Had the multi-function printer brought in for a clean & service while I was out
