My experience with Mr. Melanson was both successful and positive. I found that he is a very driven individual and he is very easy to get along with. He was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything in his power to assist me; he exceeded all my expectations both in practice and in knowledge.
Melanson Law offers civil litigation and legal services. This means that we represent individuals for non-criminal claims that may eventually end up at trial. We have the skills to provide you with the best representation at trial. However, we also have the knowledge to enable settlement of your claim outside of court.
When you are involved in an accident, there can be a number of insurance companies involved in compensation. Sometimes, insurance companies will not recognize your legal rights. It is very important that you consult a lawyer about your legal rights after you are involved in an accident. In New Brunswick, there may be a two-year or one-year deadline for pursuing a legal action.
