Mike graduated from College with a diploma in Business Administration / Marketing. He began his Financial Services career with Nesbitt Burns as a Sales Associate. In this capacity he was responsible for all aspects of Office Administration necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the office.

These are high premium, low risk benefits that can be self-funded. This is similar to the way many U.S. plans are underwritten.
The most common way of paying for Employee benefits is to pay a calculated monthly premium to an insurance company. Out of these premiums claims, administration, expenses and taxes will be paid. At the end of the policy year(s) a renewal calculation is made and that will provide your new estimated premium for the next policy period.
