Our mortgage servicing team will work with you to expertly address any requests, issues and concerns as they arise. Jennifer Froment oversees the commercial servicing division. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the team and all aspects of commercial servicing operations. She has more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting and financial services.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, Ms. Froment built her career at large international audit firms in Vancouver and abroad. She worked in the hedge fund administration industry and held a controllership role prior to joining CMLS. Ms. Froment holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a designated Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

CMLS has been nothing but fantastic in my experience. I recently spoke with Dharma and she answered every question with a kind and courteous response. She was extremely knowledgeable and made everything about mortgages easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend!!! Nevermind the banks.... just call CMLS!!!!

I'm happy with the customer service experience I had with Dharma. However, in my attempt to be responsible I shopped around other lenders besides CMLS for the lowest rate for my upcoming renewal. My time was wasted with a lot of back and fourth between CMLS and other lenders because CMLS didn't provide their lowest rate right-off-the-bat. I recommend CMLS change their policy, respect their customer's time and just offer the best rate up front.

Hossam Sabry helped me with my mortgage renewal and everything went very smoothly. I am quite pleased to be working with CMLS for another 5 year term. Dharma was exceptional. She was not only courteous but also very pleasant, expedient in taking care of my requests even at the last minute, and worked hard to get me the very best rate she could offer. My experience with the other CMLS renewal agents was also excellent - they were prompt, pleasant and did whatever was needed to help me. Each time I contacted them, they delivered.
