PHILCO HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING Ltd. was established in 1983 to specialize in the installation and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems. Phil Lambert, the company founder, established the operating philosophy of ensuring that customers' properties are functioning at their optimal level of efficiency at all times.
Philco contracts directly with property managers / building owners to carry out system servicing. Services can be provided either on a contract fee basis or on an hourly basis for services rendered. Philco is flexible and is able to accommodate requirements of most property managers / owners. Philco can provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual maintenance or services.
