I was a customer for over 20 years with Halsell insurance, which became GoTo, which was then bought out by All Coverage. Back when it was Halsell, service was awesome, but every time the company changed hands, the service got worse. We recently purchased a new house, and just days before closing, we were notified that we would not be covered for… the new home because we were running a home business (we were not), and our agent did not even tell us directly, we had to phone and practically pry the info out of her.
