Been coming here since it first opened ( once or twice a year, this certainly has been the first time I wasn't happy, I get that we all have bad days but being a better restaurant I don't expect a grouchy waitress, seemed very disinterested in being there which in itself drops the tip from 30 to 20% for me but the food itself was definitely approaching mediocre and the rolls they brought us were ice old in the middle. At this point just didn't feel like mentioning just maybe be a long while before we try again if ever

Excellent customer service and delicious food. Ordered their version of cheese toast and was surprised by their version, it was very good. I also ordered the chicken parmigiana with fires and it was delicious. Will definitely return here again.

I ordered the fettuccine with mushroom sauce and it was the strangest sauce I've ever had in an Italian restaurant. There were so many onions in it I couldn't taste any garlic and I could barely taste the mushrooms. Also the sauce looked kind of clear but yet thick so it looked like they thickened it with either cornstarch or with flour, it didn't seem to be very creamy or have any cream or cheese.
The service was awful too, she seemed annoyed and tired.
I was so disappointed that I don't think I will go again.

This place was gross. The pasta was bland, i got Alfredo and there was so much sauce my pasta was swimming. The chicken lasagna was also pretty gross.
The waitress was great through, and the bread they offer was probably the best part.

Food was very good but was very off putting was the work attire worn by the servers which was pretty unprofessional looking. Skin tight see through yoga pants or yoga pants in general are very inappropriate at a family restaurant.Might be fine for a road side diner but not a family restaurant. Young kids shouldn’t need to see there server wearing yoga pants that shows a camel toe . Sorry to use that wording but it was what we saw all the servers wearing. Black slacks or long black skirt would be professional .Im disappointed the management does not have higher standards.Yoga pants do not belong

Food was mediocre at best and more expensive than what it was worth. Service was slow. The cannoli was delicious though!

My experience at Luigis last night was not the best. I ordered chicken Parmesan when I got it it felt like the chicken was boiled and rubbery. The fettuccine felt like it was leftover from the night before. Definitely would not go back

This evening we were really looking forward to some good Italian food, but instead we weren’t met with good at all. We were so disappointed with the food this evening, my Husband’s Alfredo was so bland tasting, the lasagna barley had any meat and the pretzel buns tasted stale. The only decent thing was the plain spaghetti my daughter ordered. This experience has left us doubting if we will ever have Luiggi’s again

Sorry to leave a low rating BUT honestly the WORST Tiramisu I've ever had EVER. Expecting a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese, and flavoured with cocoa. INSTEAD got a bowl of flavoured cheese like LITERALLY just a glob of flavoured cream cheese with some sprinkling of cocoa powder on top and ONE dry unflavoured ladyfinger piece stuck on top of the glob of cream. So disappointing! I've seen better Tiramisu at Costco (which goes to say how awful Luiggi's Tiramisu was).

Was at this establishment on October 16th for a birthday. We have been before, and enjoyed it. It is a tad on the higher side for price, but the food is good and the portions are large. The garlic bread loaf (not the table bread) is amazing, and always comes out hot and fresh. The service was prompt, and friendly. My only critique would be the decor is a bit tired. Also, when going for some "authentic" food, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would enjoy some more fitting music. Having top 40 playing takes away from the atmosphere. Overall a great place to dine.

Always a great meal at Luiggi's. I think the price is fair, as you never go away hungry.

Chicken parm is always good.

I have been here several times with my wife and kids and we have met several of our friends here. Honestly, there is nothing about the food, atmosphere or service to completely knock your socks off, but the appetizers, drinks and mains are all good.

I prefer the Red Ragu with Penne add italian sausage baked with cheese - can't go wrong! (unless by the sounds of other reviews, you order boring spaghetti)

My wife and I went for dinner with her parents at Luiggi's for a belated birthday celebration. None of us have been to Luiggi's for a long time but we decided to go after having some take out from there a few weeks ago. The take out was decent and we thought it made sense for us to give the restaurant a try. We were looking for a casual, comfortable setting with some decent Italian food. Nothing special........just a quiet dinner with enjoyable conversation. We thought Luiggi's was the right spot. Wrong.

When we arrived at 7:00 on a Saturday and we didn't have to wait for a
