Terrible experience with Glenwood labels, ordered three labels, they used a different file than asked for, and produced one of the three labels wrong, going through sales rep, art department, production, plating, press, not noticing it at all. This was the most important label required, causing a delay in production at bottle dispensing plant, costing a 1500 late fee for customer. They refused to acknowledge it, the label they did print was unuseable as they had changed the size and font. They proceeded to charge be a $300.00 rush fee if i needed it reran - did not offer any discount or acknowledge

My experience with Tracey Banni (account manager) and Alex B. (graphics) has been nothing short of simply fabulous! I just opened the big box of labels (see below) and breathed a sigh of relief - finally they are done and they all look totally amazing! Seriously - I am just a tad particular about these things....so this is not an exaggeration. They were #8 ? on the list of companies that I have 'talked' to.
It's a huge sigh of relief because it feels my life can finally moved forward after been on hold for most of this last year. Mostly - just trying to find a label printer
