I dealt with Erin .G for auto and tenant insurance And both times I’ve dealt with her it’s been nothing but awesome . Great person to deal with she’s extremely friendly ,responsive and I highly recommend seeking her out for any Insurance needs you have . Don't going here the customer service is so poor they don't respect the customer's time or understand the situation. The agents here can't do anything they have to ask permission from the underwriters. The underwriters will ask you to jump through hoops just to get you insurance. The agents try to help but realistically they can't do anything. Worse experience I have ever had. Please don't go here nothing will get done in time and the underwriters don't respect customers as people.
