As an owner of a condominium unit you not only own your property and home but you own a share and interest in all the property defined as common property of the Corporation. As such every owner has a vested interest in the betterment of the entirety of the Condominium property including buildings, hallways, grounds, pools and recreational facilities to name a few.
We will process your request upon receipt and contact you directly if there is any need for follow up. I called in several times about their fence across the back of our property. The wind blew it over during the winter. It took months for them to return our calls. But what took the cake is this last call today. I asked if they could at least prop the fence up so it doesn't scrap our trees. She said she would take it to the board and then hung up on me while I was still talking. Terrible company. Awful people. Ridiculous, immature and unprofessional conduct.

I would like to share my point because it really makes me angry. If minus 50 for rate, I will obviously give the negative feedback. The woman is rude in the email is made me reply her in the rude way! For any ambiguous, she tries to use the bylaw to scare you and let you follow her even it is not your fault.

They took $340 off me without me on the lease. Did an eviction the next day over what someone else owed months before and won't return my money. The receipt was rent of march but I wasn't on the lease ?? So it's now march 20th and I've filed a complaint against them . They also won't return my call or money .

Horrible, I've have had pneumonia three times in five months I've asked them several times to fix my tub surround because I believe there was mould behind it and they didn't, believe me, I have fallen twice in the tub grabbing the tub surround and it cracked now that I have removed it myself I have noted several spots of black mould all the way through the drywall I've sprayed it down with bleach again allergic so probably be sick here right away breathing in the inhalants of mould and bleach thanks General swell job. And every time I've asked them for the new tub surround they say it's not in

I lived in a nice neighborhood until they took over managing the property. After they took over my property and the surrounding duplexes, they moved in a bunch of partiers and drug users. Parties, fights, people drinking in the park, kids bullying kids and left unattended running around at night. A drunk driver even hit my vehicle from the party house across from me. The manager who lives on site is timid and doesn't do anything about the partiers. She actually told me to just keep calling the police. I made many complaints to the manager but nothing was done so I moved out.

The service is bad and not professional. They find loop holes in the condominium property act to avoid doing the jobs they are hired to do. In my situation they used a clause in the Saskatchewan CMHC that was up to interpretation to get out of taking care of a problem. I have owned this property since it was built and have had the same issue in the past. The previous property management companies always took care of these issue without question, why? Because they knew that that’s what they were hired to do and it would be wrong of them to conduct business this way. When I asked how I go about

Being the owner of 3 different condos, I have had bad experiences with Denro Regina over so many occasions. The service is bad and non professional, it seems all they manage is charing you condo fee and make sure they paid on time. when you need help or info, they never provide any help or real answer. For example, when I want to find out what type of freon i need for the air condition, all they could tell me is ask the plumber. when I call for some info about a mail box, it took them 2 week to call me back and the answer is we have nothing to do with the mail box, call your realtor or canada post
