Lots of staff standing around, don’t offer to help. When you ask, they just point you in the general direction. Terrible customer service.

I'd give the store and staff a 5, the 3 stars is my frustration and wasted time trying to search.
Seems they have 0 stock in the store.
No nails, doors, paint, lights.
Nothing.
Take the search option off the website.

Scaled down version of the giant Rona stores and I really like it! There's tons of selection, people are great, all in all worth the drive from Maple Ridge!

Customer service out in the yard as well as in store is not the greatest. Staff are not very helpful and it's very hard to locate a staff member to even ask a question.
Product selection is okay for a small town hardware store. Pricing is a little on the high side.
Parking is atrocious ! There are approximately 25 parking stalls for the entire store and the lot is extremely small.
Nothing special but it gets the job done

Really not impressed with the staff on duty today.
Went there to pick up some weed killer. Walked the entire store and didn't see it. Found a sprayer, which I did buy. Went to the cashier to pay for it and asked if they sold weed killer. She said, "Yes. It's in the farm section" I left my sprayer and went to go get it.
The guy in the farm section ACTUALLY ASKED me if I needed help, which is more than any other staff member did! Told him what I was looking for. He said they did have it, but it's locked up and there is no one in the store that can actually sell it to me!

Service is good but wood products are very poor quality 90% of the treated decking boards and 6X6 posts split before the deck was completed ..... No returned call from anyone !! So do not purchase any wood from them !!

So I spent a lot of time at this store today waiting for the manager to find out why an employee who was suppose to do a visual on a product lied. I drove from Abbotsford only to find out that what they promised they had they did not have , wasting my time and as an insult he wanted me to accept a gift card from Rona. First of all a gift card from your store is a write off and I imagine that my time was worth just that to you a write off. Thanks for nothing and as for integrity next time offer something for a persons time not a trivial gift card from your store. That would be like someone missing

Rant: Don't buy paint from mission Rona. They don't guarantee the color. They messed up 5 gallons of paint and the manager denied that anything was wrong with the color. $175 down the drain.
Rave: Went to… Lowes and purchased paint after being disgusted with Rona. They have no problem with giving a guarantee and the customer service was the best.
After that experience I will do my shopping anywhere besides Mission Rona.

How can you not love a store where you can buy deeply discounted carhartt capris in a bin in November? I seriously am not ashamed to admit I did just that last November, boy did I feel smart when the sun resurfaced. I appeared ready to drywall and paint and rewire my house in style, if I possessed any of those skills. Redneck chic fashion options aside, my electrician boyfriend always finds exactly what we need for *that* project here, the staff are happy to wander us down to where we can find what we need (if for some reason his inner journeyman tool radar can't sense it pulsing in a well
