They printed 50 shirts, 10 of which were printed a little off centre. So Matt said he would reprint the 10. He says he printed them and shipped them but they were returned to him. I told him to ship them to me directly. It's been over a month and nothing. Finally called and spoke with Katie who could only find the original bad shirts. So I said ship them to me anyway until you find the reprinted ones. Nothing received. No replies to my calls or emails.
If you want to deal with a professional shop then look elsewhere. I would recommend Astro.

I ordered a shipment of shirts to get printed here and experience some issues with the graphic and at the start the customer service reps were quickly responsive working with me to get everything done, by after awhile they stopped answering my emails and it was extremely difficult to reach them. Long story short, they had my shirts for about 3 months until they finally got printed and I was able to pick them up. The quality of the print was excellent though! The customer service reps were also extremely polite with good social skills the whole time even though they didn't answer my emails for awhile

The shirts I ordered were great -- except that close to 20% of the product received had stray ink marks or stains (ie: not natural colour variations in the product) that were highly visible and made them unfit for resale.
SSP asked me to ship the shirts cross-country back to them so they could remove the ink, but said nothing of remedying the… miscellaneous stains or of reimbursing me the cost to ship the product back. After multiple inquiries regarding this, they stopped replying to me altogether. My issue is still unresolved and I'm extremely disappointed by the sharp downturn customer

Looking for a new screen printing shop after:
-Waiting about two and a half months for a order to be completed.
-Having nobody follow up at any point regarding the status of my order.
-Being lied to about an item being mailed.
-Being told that they have a larger order they're focusing on, and therefore will not be able to complete my order.
The Source Screen Printing... Dropping the ball big.
