Brycon's handling of the Spring Garden streetscaping project has been an ongoing disaster. It was assured that access to all businesses would be maintained throughout the project duration but this promise has been broken multiple times, with pedestrians and business owners/workers continually having to jump through hoops just to get where they need to go.
