Great company to work with. Lamantia did our furnace 23 years ago and we had no problems with the system- it was time for a new unit. Tim came in to replace the existing furnace with a new Rheem product.

I had Tim put in a gas line in my home about 17 years ago and he did a fine job, so when I called him when my furnace wouldn't fire up this fall I figured I would let him come over and fix it. Unfortunately I couldn't be home when he came over for the "service call" my wife was home. Well it took him about 10 minutes to determine that my heat exchanger had 2 cracks in it? To my amazement he did not "red tag" the furnace and shut it down which is mandated by law, and a form sent to Union Gas.! He was adamant that I need a new furnace stat. He e-mailed a price of $7200 plus for a A/C unit and furnace

Tim installed my furnace and air conditioner at my house in Windsor Ontario in 2009 . Very impressed with his workmanship and knowledge of the heating and cooling field . I personally refered him to my mother when her furnace stopped working . She was thrilled and she told her friends .
