Sound Construction Ltd. is led by Laurie Lacovetsky. He has been working in the home construction industry as a Licensed Contractor on the Sunshine Coast since 1988. During this time, he has worked on a wide variety of home construction projects, including residential new home construction, home additions, home renovations, and several commercial and industrial type projects.
The top two images are from a new garage with studio above that we built simultaneously while we were renovating and rebuilding the existing house. The 2nd row image on left was a large cedar house construction with a very interesting and creative design. Next, 2nd row on right, was a new white waterfront home that started with a workshop and guest house in cedar.
We had worked with Laurie Lacovetsky for several years on smaller renovation projects, so when we decided to build our waterfront home in Williamson's Landing, we were confident we were hiring a professional and reputable company. Laurie took care of every detail from start to finish including the permit process, demolition of the previous structure, excavation of the land as well as the building of the house and detached garage.
