Welcome to the offices of Cowley & Company, a law firm with its head office in Surrey, British Columbia. At Cowley & Company, our experienced lawyers practice in many areas of law, including personal injury, criminal, family, property, wills & estates, work place and more. We were founded in 2000 by Dr. L.A. (Lee) Cowley, the only practicing lawyer in Canada with a prior background as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Wai Cheung graduated from UBC Law in 1998 and was called to the bar in 1999. He has prior experience defending insurance carriers on casualty claims and coverage issues. Before joining Cowley & Company, Wai spent 4 years with a prominent disability law firm fighting for his clients' disability benefits and rights.
Arshinder was born and raised in Patiala, a small town in Punjab, India. He graduated from Law School at Punjabi University, Patiala in 1999. After graduating Arshinder practiced law at the District and Sessions Court, Patiala. From 2002 to 2003 he worked as Senior Legal Assistant for Punjab State Human Rights Commission.

Dealing with ICBC after my mother was hit and run was a very stressful few years but Mr Cowley, Arshinder, and the rest of the staff definitely made it a lot easier than if we had gone it alone and helped us navigate the pitfalls and roadblocks that ICBC was putting in our way. Process is long but thats because ICBC makes it long, these guys did everything possible to help us. Hopefully we will never have to go back again but if we do, we are coming here, no doubts
