Please learn a lesson my horrible experience and save yourself the endless aggravation and wastage of your precious time. This guys promises all sorts of things but delivers nothing and then will start ignoring all your inquiries.
If you want results please go elsewhere (plenty of hard working reputable brokers), if you want to drag on deals to no end and disappoint your investors/partners/customers, then go to Summerside Financial

Nov 19 sent documents to process for a mortgage. Was recommended by a friend. Terrible service no one answers the phone. Owner keeps stating in other reviews that no file can be found associated with the complaint. This brokerage is a joke. I've been hearing since late Nov the deal is going to be finalized in a day. That day never came. I'll post full text conversations between myself and Alan if they claim and deny this. After three months of waiting, telling me the deal is done... he calls me on the 11th hour trying to confirm the details.. at that point I knew he never even looked at the file
