Dr Fung extracted tooth 2 weeks. Went back yesterday with severe infection due to piece of tooth remaining inside gum which I had to extract myself. Called Dr today for further pain med and antibiotic
but was refused anything. Can you say FIRED?!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fung for years. Lori and Linda are always super friendly, personable and accommodating. My hygienist, Elena, is always kind and gentle and of course, Dr. Fung is always thorough and the jolliest dentist I've ever had. I have known Dr. Fung over 25 years and worked for him as an assistant several years. It was when I left to work for many dentists as a temp part time that I truly appreciated his absolute gift. He was born to do this work. Eyes Closed !
He’s highly competitive with himself, his standards of care and technique are Un-matched in my opinion. His focus is always patient centred, never about anything else. Zero compromise. The staff follow his lead and it shows.

The dentist is great BUT the front ladies are RUDE!!! They booked my 4 kids appointments by postcards and I NEVER confirmed however a few visits later they tried to charge me no shows. If they were going to charge me for not showing up for appointments I didn't book they should of talked to me when it happened not after I had been there for appointments after. The main lady is beyond rude on the phone and in person. I feel bad for the actual dentist as he is losing out on a lot of clients and money and doesn't even realize it. It's not about the 50 dollars but more about the fact that this lady

Staff are very friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Fung is such a great, empathetic, sensitive, and knowledgeable dentist and really puts his patients at ease. I've been going to this clinic since I was a child and I've always had a positive experience at this clinic.

Dr. Fung is excellent. Totally painless. I had not visted the dentist in some time. Dr. Fung did not tsk tsk or anything. Just went to work fixing my issues.
