An occupational in-home assessment is performed at the patient's residence to analyze pre-injury activities of day to day living. This includes personal care, housekeeping, home maintenance, transportation and community management. This assessment allows us to evaluate the patient's abilities and make recommendations regarding safety concerns for the claimant with their daily living activities.

The CRC team is friendly and family oriented. The environment is really clean and sanitary. I visit monthly for chiropractic treatments with Dr. Jessa. That man has hands made of gold. After my Chiro treatment I get an instant relief. My musculoskeletal and digestive system are reset as if I were reborn again. Additionally, the physiotherapy team take special care in helping you reach your goals. I highly recommend getting treatments at this clinic. You will be 110% Satisfied.

As soon as you arrive, once COVID questions are done, you are ushered into a room where a staff member goes over different range of motion activities and other therapies available.
The doctors and RMTs are amazing! The doctors are very thorough in their questioning to ensure that they are creating the best care plan for you.
I always leave feeling better than I walked in, not only physically, but emotionally as well.

My experience with this facility has always been pleasant. I appreciate the family feel and the prompt service of the staff. The main reason for my visit would be to see Dr. Rahim Jessa. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is caring, very considerate and professional. Dr. Jessa is a master at his craft and he is an exceptional chiropractor who cares for his patients. Every time I leave this facility I feel much better. I go in with a migraine and by the end of the very same day the migraine has subsided...feels magical! I couldn't ask for a better chiropractor. Thank you Dr. Jessa!

The staff are amazing, caring, patience and understand at Complete Rehab. They listen to my concerns regarding my injuries stemming from a car accident. They are working very hard on help in my recovery. They set up a physio rehabilitation program that is suited to my needs and the road to getting well.

I started attending complete rehab center about almost 2 months now and I have noticed nothing but progress. I was recommended by my family doctor to attend complete rehab center and its been the best choice I made. The staff and physicians are absolutely great and treat you with respect and actually take time to find out what's really wrong. I highly recommend this rehab center and to all the staff keep up the great work!
