My name is Adele Aman (Van Der Merwe), I am the owner and therapist of CRMT. When I graduated in 2010 from WCRMT in Regina I knew my dream was about to come true, helping people every day. After graudating I had the wonderful opportunity to work in a medical spa in Saskatoon where I had the chance to learn more about other aspects of running a business.
After 2 1/2 years in Saskatoon, I went travelling for 6 months and moved to Calgary. I worked at a big chiropractor clinic where I was lucky enough to work with 11 Massage therapist and 3 Chiropractors. I worked with an awesome group of people that challenged me to grow my knowledge as an RMT, as well as in health, fitness and over all wellness.

Massage therapy is several hands on techniques performed to manipulate soft tissue (muscles, tendons, connective tissue etc.) and increase joint mobility.
