We chose to go with Kate for selling our home because of her reputation as a top agent in the Brantford area. She truly is great at what she does! We had no doubts in our minds when deciding to go with her as our agent and she surpassed all of our expectations! Kate displays herself as a social media personality and a person of influence, being at the top of her game in her respective industry. However, she does not like when folks publicly comment about the reality we live in. No name calling, bad words, or anything negative about Kate was said, other than the fact that she should be ashamed of herself for lying to Canadians and hiding the fact that Realtors across the country are feeding information to their clients about pricing and what money should be offered. We have used Kate for two residential sales and one residential purchase. Kate is an amazingly attentive agent. She goes above and beyond. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and all of your questions and concerns are addressed immediately. She always seems to have all the information on properties when taking clients through, and when she doesn't, she is quick to find the information. Kate and her entire team are awesome! Kate is a true professional and crazy efficient. We sold our home during Covid and she helped us purchase our dream home in Ancaster. Even when she was treated poorly from the seller’s agent she behaved with grace and professionalism. Now we are selling another property with Kate and as usual we appreciate her style and ambition, she is really innovative with digital marketing - can’t wait to see her knock this out of the park!
