Great experience, I got my massage done by Wesley Siegel. He did a great job, in fact, this was one of the best services I've gotten.

Great service, friendly people and good rates.
UPDATE: I’ve been going for years now and the ladies are super sweet and nice. I always tip $20 because it’s honestly really good work done, they really pay attention to every little thing.

Wesley is THE BEST RMT ….. n best listener as well . He is so calm with such a soothing voice when he speaks to you and it really relaxes you . One hours feels like 10 mins with him .

Acupuncture is not for everyone, and it's certainly not fun. Any treatment is only as good as the faith you have in it to heal you, and having BROOKE as my acupuncturist surely helps. He is thorough with his treatment, knows body's pain paths.

Massages are amazing. Building could use some sound proofing/upgrades as you can hear everyone's conversations throughout your massage which is quite distracting.

I called them on Friday and specifically asked if they do massage with ICBC claims, lady on the phone said yes as well as acupuncture. I said I don’t need acupuncture and asked for a massage. She booked me for Monday. So today I show up for massage and she tells me they are not licensed to do massages and she said do acupuncture instead! She never listened and kept saying that I should do acupuncture.
What a waste of my time! Now I can’t find any spots available! I could have called other places on Friday and over the weekend!

How can they be advertising

If you have a groupon you get the worst masseuse and massage. If you pay full price and in cash then it's a different story. Waay more accommodating and nice!

This place is so unprofessional. They are very poor with honouring bookings.The counter person is rude, non accommodating, and demands for tips. She is very manipulative with words and told me she is overbooked so she will massage me. She came in and was trying to massage but right from the start she wasn’t into it and I said sorry this is not a relaxing experience and asked her to quite. Will not go there again and don’t recommend anyone to go there. They filter and serve the rich and tip generous people .
