Jubilee House is a social housing high rise tower comprised of reinforced concrete slabs and shear walls. The building comprises of 13 floors above. Weiler Smith Bowers (WSB) Consulting Structural Engineering was founded in 1992 and has provided a wide variety of services to Building Owners, Architects, Federal Agencies, Local Governments and Contractors while maintaining a high level of quality customer service. While we continue to grow our client base, most of our work comes from existing relationships with our clients.
Our dedicated and experienced staff of over 30 includes Designated Structural Engineers, Professional Engineers, CAD and REVIT Technicians, Field Inspectors, and Administrative Staff. We maintain professional registrations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Yukon, the States of Washington, and Arizona.
Kevin's varied experience with developer and design-build projects enables him to provide economical, practical and efficient structural designs, while maintaining the goals of the client. Kevin has strong knowledge in concrete, steel, masonry construction with special emphasis on tilt-up construction and large steel structures.
