Dr. Yue was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where he completed his undergraduate dental training at the University of Manitoba. After 4 fulfilling years of practicing general dentistry in the private practice setting, Dr. Yue moved to Minnesota to focus his dental career on treating children. He attended the University of Minnesota obtaining a certificate of pediatric dentistry.
During his time there he was able to earn his Masters of Science degree for his research on curing characteristics of dental sealant. Dr. Yue is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

This clinic didn't provide any services when my child was in need after he chipped his two front teeth from a fall. They didn't even administer an X-ray... they offered to pull the two teeth out and shamed me for breastfeeding him (he was just over a year) Although we were very disappointed with the moments glance they gave our son, we paid for the examination on our debit when we left that day. Then months later we get charged an extra $60 because there was a confusion with their clinic & our insurance. They said their mistake caused the insurance company to send us the money instead of them
