These guys were great to me, had what I believed to be a driveline bounce at certain speeds. I explained to them the situation and they instantly offered to go for a test drive, during the test drive the tech was very proffesonal explaining everything that was going on and pinpointed the issue to be tire related. They sent me on my way in the right direction to go after the brand new tires That were installed. They were great explaining everything, very professional and offered this diagnostic free of charge. Would recommend to anyone for driveline or any vehicle issues. If I have any further issues

Sorry for the late review as it has been a couple of weeks since we were there but here is our honest review... We had scheduled an appointment to have our rear suspension replaced. When Roger called it seemed way too low considering what we had asked them to do. After discussing some details we realized that they only performed half of what we had asked for. By this time it was 4:30 and they were closing real soon. My wife and I were frustrated of course but we had to get there in time to settle up and pick up our vehicle so we could go camping the next day. As soon as we got in our car Roger

My car was having some issues, and Roger and his team were quick, efficient, more than reasonably priced, and kind and courteous. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the part needed, and fix the car all by the next day. Their after hours drop off/pick up process is seamless, and I will be returning should my vehicles ever need to be looked at again. Thanks guys!

Roger, Kevin and the team at Sampson Transmission really go 'that much' extra. I recently had brake and steering work performed by these guys , the work was performed in a few hours and Roger contacted my warranty company several times that day, at my request, so that applicable costs were charged to the warranty company. Great job and saved me dollars. Thanks guys...

I must say that The Sampson Group are all that I have shown .
Both my 2001 BMW Roadster and 2015 Toyota Venza have been well taken care of . Last week my AIR went on me and after purchasing a Tin of Freon , I took it to Kevin Sampson and within 10 minutes I had cold air circulating in my car . As well , when my Battery went on my BEAMER , Sampson Transmission was there for me , even coming to my home to install a NEW BATTERY . YES , I recommend this company with 5 STARS , out of 5 .

I have been dealing with Sampson Transmission for years. They were recommended for a transmission issue on an older Caravan. I was expecting to hear that I’d need a rebuild, but Kevin properly identified that it was only a bad throttle sensor. That was over 8 years ago, but that impression of knowledge and integrity made me a loyal customer. I own two newer vehicles with warranty. I still prefer to use Roger, Kevin and their team for all maintenance needs.

Lets see ill make it simple li took a classi car in to fix the trany and rear end.
sampson fixed the tranny leaks they suggest a 10;08 rear end( i know nothin abot gear ratio)
the car now cruises at 4 000 rpm - should be 2-3 000 rpm at 100klm.
so took car in because it vibrated and and they never adjusted the speedo so my speedo was always wrong.
after weeks of complaining my passenger axle seal went.( when they put the breaks on they set them up wrong) and it heated the seal on the passenger side. blew oil over cars on the hwy. when i called from side of hwy they told me (the manager owner) yeah
