Congratulations on the arrival of your new kitten! Owning a kitten can be an extremely rewarding experience, but it is also a large responsibility. We hope this handout will give you the information needed to make some good decisions regarding your newest family member.

A cat is naturally inclined to investigate its new surroundings, It is suggested that the kitten's area of exploration be initially limited so that you can supervise its' activities. After confining the cat to one room for a few days, you can slowly allow access to other areas of the home. Most kittens receive a hostile reception from other household pets, especially from other cats.
Congratulations on the arrival of your new puppy. Owning a dog can be an extremely rewarding experience, but it is also a large responsibility. We hope this handout will give you the information needed to make some good decisions regarding your puppy. It is very important that you provide stimulating play for your puppy, especially during the first week in its new home.
The single most important aspect of puppy training is that you reward your puppy each and every time she does the right thing. For example: praise her when she chews her own toys instead of the couch or eliminates outside instead of in the house. He more time you send with your puppy, the quicker and easier it will be to train her.

I was pretty nervous and was wrecked with guilt because my adorable little cockapoo got pretty matted. They both made me feel confident they could help and were super nice. They did an AMAZING job! I will most certainly be back...and sooner this time;)

The staff here are always so lovely and caring. Even though the last few years I can't go in with my cat for her exam, they make it as smooth as it can be! Been taking my cat to this vet team since 2010 and they are always great :)

All of the staff at Dundas Euclid care so deeply about the well-being of every pet that walks through their doors. I can't imagine taking my handful of a dog anywhere else. She is extremely fearful at the vet and becomes aggressive. They always handle her with such care taking the best precautions to make her visit as stress free as possible on both her and the staff. Knowing she is being cared by from them relieves so much stress I have since she is in such good hands! Akira says thank you to everyone, although she doesn't always show it!

I've been taking my dog Wally here for five years now and only have good things to say! All of the vets are incredible and always listen to my concerns and patiently answer my questions. I appreciate their transparency with cost, and they always make treatment recommendations informed by what's best for Wally.

Couldn't be happier with the service we have received and continue to receive from Dundas Euclid. No hi-pressure sales push to spend more money than necessary, but detailed hi-quality care nonetheless. True value for money. Front-line staff are cheerful & welcoming. Recommended!

Our puppy was quite sick at one point, and the Dundas Euclid Vets offered wonderful care, with prompt communication and sincere concern. Our little girl ultimately needed emergency surgery and (thankfully) made a quick recovery, and is still always happy to see her friends at Dundas Euclid.

I find this veterinarian excellent. My dog has had two recent health issues. The doctor always takes time to explain what is happening in great detail. It is very important for me to know not only the reason why my dog is encountering health issues but also a good plan of action. The staff is caring and accommodating.

My family and I switched clinics for our dog a few years ago and we could not be happier. The staff at Dundas Euclid are warm, knowledgeable and patient. We have not once had a negative experience in our time here. They work /with/ us to provide care for our dog in a way is manageable to our lifestyle and budget. Whenever we have questions or concerns, we are listened to, and answers are given thoughtfully and thoroughly. All in all, I highly recommend Dundas Euclid to new and seasoned pet owners alike. You won’t be disappointed!!
