This company is very honest and professional.Their homes and apartment suites are maintained and are priced with good market value. During this COVID-19 Pandemic they have increased cleaning procedures in all public areas and take the security and safety of their tenants very seriously. However, they do not coddle people and expect renters to respect their property and pay rent in a timely manner. If there is a problem they will discuss it with you. I have found that if I am polite and reasonable, I receive good, practical response. I enjoy dealing with professionals who have good policies in place

I am an investor in Soul Solutions. Dean has always been responsive and wise in his help in some of the hard decisions I’ve had to make in the past. Dean works hard and goes the second mile in his efforts. I have a rental property myself and have had to deal with hard to manage contractors and tenants, and it’s not easy. Some of these reviews appear to be disgruntled people whose reviews don’t state a basis or really make sense. Dean plays by the rules, but expects people to be honest, trustworthy and true to their agreement. I would recommend Soul Property Solutions to others.
