Critical: Professionalism
This company is a scam. First hand, they put my property up as it was up for sale and then marked it off the market. Any company that uses unethical tactics can't be trusted and from my end. Im getting calls about it!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. So unprofessional I find it hard to believe.

They made my family's relocation a breeze. We loved our buyers agent so much we have kept in touch with him since our purchase.
Their associate agents made it so much easier to see more homes during peak season, when the lead agents are swamped.

Redfin was the best way we have ever sold a house! The customer service is impeccable. Our agent was very knowledgeable and the experience was amazing! Redfin got us more than we expected and closed the deal in under a month! Typical real estate agents will advise you to not use Redfin. This is because Redfin is a full service brokerage and charges MUCH LESS $. I highly recommend Redfin and will never use another source to buy or sell a home.

It was our first time buying a home so it was a scary process for us, but our refin agent, Caitlin made it less daunting for us. She was not pushy at all like the other real estate agents. We get to select the houses that we want to see from their website and caitlin would schedule them for us. She would tell us what to lookout for in a house since we were first time homebuyers. And when it came to giving an offer she would tell us whether the price was fair and what she thinks of the sellers. She also gave us a list of inspectors and mortgage brokers to use. This wasn't our first rodeo buying or selling property. From our past experience, real estate agents from the most reputable companies are usually in it for the money, to quickly buy or sell your property for you. The politeness will be there initially, but as time wanes, their patience tires and they just want their commission and to move on. This time around, we opted to go with Redfin's business model of salaried employees and work with Peggy Papazaharias. From the very beginning, we couldn't have appreciated a better agent. Throughout our 1+ year of looking for a property in
