Peterborough Concussion Clinic is a new divison of the Advanced Health and Wellness office.

Dr. Bolton takes a holistic approach to health care and addresses not only the symptoms but the root of the problem. He effectively treats neck and back pain and has a special interest in athletic injuries. He uses evidence based chiropractic techniques including rehab, soft tissue treatments, acupuncture, and state of the art modalities to reduce pain, improve function and maximize performance.
An adjustment is a highly skilled and precise movement usually applied by hand to a joint of the body. Adjustment loosens the joint to restore proper movement and optimize function. When a joint is adjusted, a gas bubble escapes causing the popping noise you may have heard about. Chiropractic adjustment techniques have been researched extensively.
I would highly recommend Advanced Health & Wellness! Dr Bolton is very knowledgeable in a number of techniques to get you feeling better again! I haven’t been to a chiropractor in over 10 years and since I live in this area now I was referred to Dr. Bolton by a family member. The new administrator (I think her name was Holly) and Dr. Bolton were both super friendly, professional and he did a great job with my assessment and first adjustment. He has so much knowledge and explained a lot to me about my body. Great experience, going back next week.

I would highly recommend RMT Dana. She is very knowledgeable and tailors her techniques to your needs. I was also able to get an appointment the same week I called and Advanced Health & Wellness took care of the direct billing for me to my insurance company.
