Chiropractic is a healing discipline firmly grounded in science that is concerned with the care of the entire body. Chiropractors specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of the neuromusculoskeletal system. Although this typically involves focusing on the biomechanics of the spine, chiropractors are also proficient at evaluating all other joints and muscles of the body.
Chiropractors diagnose, treat and help prevent conditions and disorders related to muscles, bones, joints and nerves. As primary care practitioners, chiropractors can develop and carry out a comprehensive treatment and management plan, which may include manual therapy, exercise, and nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counselling.
Your chiropractor needs a full understanding of your health history and overall current health in order to provide the best possible care for you. Set aside at least an hour for your first visit to the chiropractor. Future visits typically last 15 minutes or less, though the time required will depend upon the type of treatment you require.
Eight out of ten Canadians will experience back pain at some point in their life, and at least one third of people in Ontario will have back pain at any given time. I was referred here as i had sever sciatica. I had been in physio for 4 months. Some days i could barely walk. I went here in a skeptical state. After my first appointment which was extremely thorough and my first adjustment i could immediately feel a difference. I went from taking a ridiculous amount of pain killers to absolutely no pain killers at all in 2 appointments. I am no longer in physio either. The pain is almost gone for the most part and has basically given me most of my freedoms back. Dr. Pattison is EXTREMELY thorough, explains everything and hes honest. I will 100% go back for any

Absolutely fantastic. I look forwards to treating my pain here - and getting up some followup massages! :)
I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness AND professionalism when I walked in. Everything was clean and well maintained, and Dr Donbrook was thorough, gentle (as possible!), and efficient in his treatment. He advised me what he was doing, which was a relief - that meant I knew when to relax and what to do myself! I even got a followup email that had both useful general info, as well as specific advice for me, personally.
Heads up: No direct billing to Blue Cross, but credit cards accepted
