I recently began going here for laser hair removal and I could not be happier. Aside from a great price, the laser has worked very well for me. I have hormonal thick hair and after just the first treatment the hair is basically gone! I'm very happy to finally find something that works!

I've recieved 3 treatments already for laser hair removal and it's been amazing! I haven't had laser hair removal before, and the lady who was performing the treatment explained hair cycles, how the laser works, and what products I can or can't use before or after treatments.

I absolutely love going here every time! I get laser hair removal here and Sundeep is the best! She always makes me feel comfortable and all the staff are welcoming and kind! They make COVID-19 safety a priority which I love! The space is always clean and they are very fast and efficient with my appointments! I highly recommend Red Lotus Spa!

Red Lotus Spa is amazing and I could not recommend it enough! All the staff are so warm and welcoming and provide great customer service. I’ve been to many different laser spas, and this is the only one where I’ve seen long term lasting results. Sundeep is super thorough and very knowledgeable in what she does. She takes time to get to know the client and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place has the most friendly staff ever and they are very respectful. I always go to get my laser treatment and facials done here and I will not stop going here. The environment is amazing and very sanitary. It is worth every dollar. If your looking for a good place to get laser hair removal, I recommend going the red lotus spa to have the best experience.

Frankly speaking I was a bit scared for the laser treatment as it was my first time but trust me it was amazing. I was able to see the results just after the first treatment. The staff is so humble and nice. They take proper measures and precautions concerned with COVID-19 as well. I would definitely recommend y’all to visit here and am sure you will like it.

I love going here! I have been to my fair share of laser hair removal places and this one is by far my favourite. It is very clean, quiet and the service is great. The technician (I can't remember her name!) is always very thorough, and is very detailed and clear as to what she is doing and why. I always feel very safe and comfortable in her hands. So sad that we are moving far away and I can no longer go here for the service. All the best to you!

I can’t explain how grateful I’m. I used to struggle using all others types of hair removal treatments on my body as none of them quite worked for me. After the very first treatment from red lotus spa, I saw a huge difference in my hair growth. Lady who does the treatment is so kind and warm. She made me feel really positive and comfortable for the treatment. Not just that she guided and explained me everything that I had to avoid and follow after the treatment. I highly recommend this place for laser treatment as you will have the best customer service and an amazing hair removal experience

I made an appointment to get the 45min shoulder, neck back massage that was advertised on the website for $50. The woman was eating as she looked at my chart. I was 10-15 late and she kept telling me this over and over. I only made the apt an hour earlier.
The room is multipurpose so there is a lot of clutter and equipment in the room. It's unlike anywhere I have been. The bed didn't have a sanitary cover over the face hole like other places. Music wasn't at a good level, I couldn't hear it. The woman's nails were so long they were scraping my back and at times digging

Was initially looking forward to making this my place to go to for laser hair removal since they offer good prices for the full body package. However, the receptionists do not acknowledge you when you step in the door (when they're on the phone even a nod or smile will do, c'mon!). At other establishments, the receptionists always say hi, at the very least. When I've called them, the lines are usually busy and when they get back to your message they are so rude and curt. Even when they answer the phone or your questions, they seem impatient and bothered. Definitely a waste of time
